Welcome to the Fleeko Help Center! We print each item individually just for you. Below are the answers to the questions we get asked most frequently.

1. How long will it take to get my order?
Because we care about quality, all of our products are made-to-order. It takes 2–5 business days to print and manufacture your custom apparel or art. Once produced, shipping within the United States takes 3–5 business days. International shipping takes 7–15 business days. 

2. Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer 100% FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees at checkout. For international orders, we charge a flat fee of $5.99 USD.

3. Where are your products printed and shipped from?
We proudly partner with top-tier production facilities located right here in the United States. Your orders are printed locally and shipped straight to your door using trusted carriers like USPS and FedEx.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are automatically routed to our printing floor immediately after purchase to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at support@fleeko.shop within 30 minutes of placing it. Once production begins, we cannot make any changes.

5. What is your return policy?
Since every single item is custom-manufactured based on your breed and size selection, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or select the wrong size. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund!

6. How do I track my package?
As soon as your custom order is printed and handed over to the carrier, we will automatically send you an email containing your tracking link. You can monitor its journey directly on our website or the carrier's platform.
